1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase

2. Return Process

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Photo or video evidence of the issue

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process. The product must be returned within 7 working days of approval.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned item

• Refunds are Credited within 7–10 business days

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer
